Job summary

Indiana Treatment Centers in Muncie, IN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate nursing care to individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Under the supervision of an RN or clinical supervisor, the LPN assists with medical coordination, monitors patient health, administers medications, maintains a safe, trauma-informed environment, and supports discharge planning and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under RN/clinical supervisor guidance.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs and patient stability.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
• Collaborate with treatment team on individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
