Qualifications

• Current state LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Follows care plans created by professional nurses.
• Reports and documents changes in patients' conditions.
• Observes patients' vital signs and overall condition.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provides patient education and reinforcement.
