Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and support quality resident care. The role involves medication assistance/administration, nursing services, and supervision of staff to uphold a home-like environment.

You will train staff, follow treatment plans, and ensure safety through strict infection control. New grads are encouraged to apply, with a strong commitment to compassionate care and resident

Qualifications

LPN license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration, treatments, and other care within state regulations.
Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
Follow infection control and safety procedures.
Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope and state regulations.
