Position Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse II (LPN) supports clinic care delivery under supervision, assisting Physicians & RNs with patient care and procedures, preparing patients, and maintaining clinic flow. Responsibilities include patient triage, gathering medical history, assisting with tests, administering medications, and maintaining supplies. The role also involves developing patient care plans, ensuring standards compliance, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Valid LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
