Job summary

Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN for its Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. This full-time daytime position features a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will work under RN supervision to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced telemetry setting. Qualifications include an LPN/LVN license, IV and BW certifications within 90 days, and current BLS; ACLS is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVn licensure required and maintained.
• IV and BW certifications due within 90 days of hire.
• BLS required at hire and kept current.
• ACLS required within 90 days and maintained.
• Healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in telemetry under RN supervision.
• Maintain safety and comfort to improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
• Uphold standards of practice per state requirements.
