Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lititz, PA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time days. You will collaborate with the Household team to implement care plans, document changes, and support residents with daily activities while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will engage with families, coordinate with the Clinical Coordinator, monitor vital signs, assist with medications, and supervise the medication aide. LPN license in PA and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in personal care or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update written care plans per physician orders.
• Document changes in residents' conditions and treatments.
• Coordinate schedules, med administration, and DHS evaluations.
• Supervise and support the medication aide.
• Assist with daily living activities and respond to call bells.
