Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in the applicable state.
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
