Under RN supervision, you will provide attentive nursing care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, document thoroughly, and contribute to a calm, therapeutic milieu while upholding patient dignity and confidentiality. This role emphasizes clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Prior detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care experience preferred.
• Maintain professional boundaries, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification.
• Monitor and document vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status.
• Administer medications per physician orders and established protocols.
• Communicate with the RN regarding patient progress and clinical concerns.
• Contribute to a calm, safe, and therapeutic milieu.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation in alignment with standards.
• Respond to clinical changes with sound judgment and professionalism.
