Samba Recovery in Jonesboro, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our private, high-acuity detox and recovery facility. You will work under RN supervision to deliver precise, compassionate care in a discreet and therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and a patient-centered approach within a collaborative team of Physicians, NPs, RNs, and Behavioral Health Technicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Georgia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Experience in detoxification, behavioral health, or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification.
• Monitor and document vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and clinical status with accuracy.
• Administer medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Communicate progress and concerns with the RN and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliant documentation in line with regulatory standards.
