Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Illinois with current license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Candidates must meet education and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and hang IV piggybacks/fluids (excluding IV Push).
• Chart initial and ongoing assessments once RN completes initial tasking.
• Develop and update care plans with RN involvement.
• Coordinate orders with physicians/APPs for patient care.
• Perform dressing changes, trach care, NG tube care and feedings.
