LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate patient care on an acute care unit. You will participate in interprofessional rounds, address diverse patient needs, and support families through education and discharge planning.

The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and mentoring new staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.

• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.

• Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
