Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is seeking an LPN to support resident care and work under the director of nursing.

You will perform medication assistance, nursing services, supervise staff, and help maintain a home-like environment while following state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment.
• Assist residents with ADLs, medications, treatments, and other care as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care is aligned with resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine appropriate medical measures.
