Job summary

Buena Vida Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing care across shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant resident care. You will lead LPNs, CNAs, and other staff while also providing hands-on care within the Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, care plan updates, and coordination with the nursing leadership to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State NYC.
• Must have 1-2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures within the LPN scope of practice.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and unlicensed personnel during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate unit activities and inform the health care team and families of changes in patient conditions.
