Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell is seeking an LPN Supervisor to join its nursing leadership team. You will oversee nursing staff, support quality resident care, and help ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Located in Hopewell Junction, NY, part of The McGuire Group, we offer a supportive environment where compassionate professionals grow. A valid NY LPN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Valid NYS LPN License required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions, documentation, and communication occur
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to nursing staff to promote professional growth and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care, treatments, and clinical outcomes
• Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident care needs to ensure continuity of care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Rate: $36-$38/hour (depending on experience)
