Lead Our Nursing Team

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

The LPN Supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations on an assigned unit, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to take the next step in their nursing career and grow in a leadership role.

LPN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on an assigned unit

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care

• Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes are reported appropriately

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate unit coverage

• Review and ensure accurate clinical documentation

• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Respond to resident and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations

• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

• Assist with maintaining high standards of resident care and customer service

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license required

• Valid CPR certification

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
