Job summary

Bizzell Group at the Guthrie Job Corps Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for preventive health and patient care. You will perform under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Manager, ensuring that patient care meets established standards and government directives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills, demonstrate patience, and have a high school diploma along with a Practical Nursing Program diploma. This full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of students.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training is necessary.
• Current LPN license from the State.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Manager.
• Ensure doctor’s orders are followed in the Wellness Center.
• Dispense prescribed medication.
• Maintain charts on all patients.
