Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules for multiple facilities.
- Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs.
- Communicate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and agency personnel.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and scheduling of new nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
- Respond to staffing emergencies and scheduling changes as needed.
