The Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who is a certified LPN to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating the scheduling of nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules
• Identify and address staffing gaps and conflicts, working with teams to resolve issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including schedules, changes, and updates
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing schedules, vacancy lists, and turnover rates
• Develop and implement processes to improve staffing efficiency and productivity
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
