Job summary

Cox Healthcare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with clinical staff and supporting resident care needs.

Preference is for a Certified Medication Aid to fill the position. The coordinator will recruit, interview, and hire staff, collaborate with the DON and Administrator, and create daily to monthly schedules as approved by Admin/DON.
