Quality Private Duty Care in Kingston, TN is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care in clients' homes. The role focuses on compassionate, personalized care and supporting our mission to improve quality of life.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, and educate families while coordinating with physicians and care teams. A Tennessee LPN license and valid driver's license are required, with EMR familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Tennessee is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in home health or critical care preferred.
• Ability to assess patients and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with patients, families and clinicians.
• Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
