Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in Tennessee.
• Active driver’s license.
• Strong assessment, clinical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Knowledge of geriatric care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes.
