Job summary

Highland Care Center in Queens, NY seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a 320-bed skilled nursing facility. Full-time day, evening, night, and weekend shifts are available, with base pay of $33.85 per hour and eligible shift differentials.

Sign-on bonuses include $1500 for 7am-3pm, $2000 for 3pm-11pm, $2500 for 11pm-7am, plus $2000 for all weekend shifts. Comprehensive benefits and a supportive team surround you in this modern facility.

Qualifications

• Active NY LPN license
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent clinical and documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication

Responsibilities

• Assess and document resident progress in medical records
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate resident status to charge nurses and Director of Nursing
• Monitor medications inventory and supplies
• Support skin care education for residents and families
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities
