Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new residents to be admitted.
• Record health details including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications, wound care, documentation and care coordination.
• Provide clinical direction to CNAs and coordinate resident care during shift.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
