Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an LPN.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
- Professional & clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, injectable.
- Provide wound and skin care along with managing pain.
- Monitor physical and mental health status.
- Execute individualized care planning.
- Educate families and residents on health status.
- Oversee and delegate tasks to CNA's ensuring quality care.
