Formación

• Current LPN license in the State of Arkansas.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Perform vital signs and other assessments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal care and services.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents.
