StoneBridge Senior Living in Conway, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide basic medical attention, administer medications, and monitor residents' wellbeing as part of a dedicated geriatric care team.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and reliable scheduling to ensure high-quality care across our memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing services.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice.
• CPR certification required; nursing specialty certification desired.
• Interest in gerontological nursing and compassionate caregiving.
• Prefer 2 years of experience in long-term care settings.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing care for residents on the unit with appropriate nurse aide support.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments per schedule.
• Provides wound care, urinary catheterization, oxygen care, and tracheostomy care as ordered.
• Orders and receives medications from the pharmacy and maintains narcotics counts.
• Notifies physicians of status changes and implements new orders promptly.
• Prepares work assignments considering safety and team capabilities.
• Maintains accurate records and participates in staff communications.
