The Knolls of Oxford is seeking an LPN to join our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and communicate changes in resident health to the care team while ensuring compassionate, high-quality service.

This PRN role supports nursing operations and resident well-being on an as-needed basis. Ohio-licensed LPN with a compassionate, team-oriented approach is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Active LPN license in good standing in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Audit and admit new residents and assess care needs.
• Administer medications and monitor health status.
• Document changes and communicate with the health care team.
• Assist physicians and contribute to resident care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records per policy and regulations.
