Job summary
The Knolls of Oxford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facility in Oxford, Ohio. You will provide direct patient care, monitor residents' health, administer medications, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active LPN license in the State of Ohio.
- Compassionate team player with passion for elderly care.
Responsibilities
- Maintains admission and assessment of new residents.
- Performs rounds and modify nursing procedures as needed.
- Administers medications and documents adverse reactions.
- Manages medication inventories and orders from pharmacy.
- Assists physicians with rounds and contributes to care plans.
- Observes and reports residents' symptoms to physicians and families.
- Transcribes and executes physicians' orders; documents in medical records.
- Monitors nurse-call system and ensures equipment is clean and stocked.
- Uses PPE and adheres to infection-control policies.
- PRN shifts: 3 per month to maintain status.
