Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
