Job summary
Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
