Job summary

Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living in Fall Branch, TN is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Current, active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
Strong clinical observation, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
Supervise nursing staff during the shift and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
Document accurately in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
Participate in quality assurance and staff education.
