Qualifications

• Florida LPN license is required.
• At least 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented with ability to handle pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and document progress in medical records.
• Monitor turning and positioning to prevent complications.
• Update physician orders based on resident progress.
• Communicate resident status to nursing team and supervisor.
• Maintain clean treatment carts and restock supplies.
• Follow Infection Control policies.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor medication inventory and ensure skin care supplies are on hand.
• Educate residents and families about care and discharge planning.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities as assigned.
