Job summary
The Plaza Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed in Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
- Assess and document resident progress in the medical record.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor turning and positioning of residents and communicate updates to the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area and follow infection control policies.
