You will review diagnostic results, reassess as conditions change, and notify the RN or physician of notable changes. Discharge planning and precise documentation are essential, along with room upkeep and adherence to policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Current GA LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data collection and carry out plan of care and established goals.
• Maintain patient flow by recognizing acuity levels and prioritizing care.
• Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders.
• Reassess patients as their conditions change and notify RN or physician of changes.
• Develop and carry out discharge plans.
• Document all care in the patient's medical record clearly and completely.
• Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, state, federal, and JCAHO standards.
