Job summary

Archbold Living Grady in Cairo, Georgia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care and maintain patient flow. Qualifications

• Evaluate data collection and carry out a plan of care and established goals.
• Maintain patient flow by recognizing the different levels of acuity and their prioritization of care.
• Review diagnostic test results and follow up per physician orders.
• Reassess patients as their condition changes and notify the RN or physician of changes.
• Develop and carry out discharge plans.
• Document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner.
• Assist with upkeep of examination rooms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal and JCAHO standards.
