Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in Neptune City, NJ. This FT position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly range of $32.00–$42.00, all-inclusive, with a $1 shift differential for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts.

Daily pay is available. Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, documenting accurately, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
