The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires, FT 3 PM–11 PM with an additional $1/hr evening/night differential, and a pay range of $32–$41/hour (with potential $3/hr if benefits waived for FT).

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in NJ.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to nurses/physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment for residents and families.
