Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full- and part-time roles. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $2 shift differential for evening/night hours.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced facility.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments as directed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Support residents and families with compassionate care.
