Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN to join our care team on the 7-3 shift. We offer full-time and part-time positions with daily pay and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time (plus $3,000 for part-time).

Compensation ranges $35-$49 per hour, all-inclusive, with a supportive, patient-centered environment. As an LPN, you will provide nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, implement individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor residents,

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager and team
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per plan and policies
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervisor/physician
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards
• Support a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment for residents and families
