Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided.
• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards.
