Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
- Experience in supervisory or charge nurse roles preferred.
- Strong clinical observation, documentation, and medication administration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
- Assist residents with ADLs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Supervise and direct nursing assistants and med aides during shifts.
- Monitor residents' status and notify physicians of changes.
- Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
