Job summary

Harris Hill Nursing Facility, part of The McGuire Group, is seeking an LPN to join a resident-centered team in Williamsville, NY. The role includes administering medications, monitoring residents, and supporting care plans for quality outcomes.

Evening and overnight shifts offered with a $3.00 evening and $1.50 overnight differential plus a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. Competitive benefits and PTO available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Valid NYS LPN License required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/geriatric setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and resident care practices.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, IV therapies within scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and team.
• Document care, treatments, observations, and meds accurately.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care.
• Maintain updated resident care information and communicate during shifts.
• Follow infection control, safety, rights, and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing duties.

Rate: Up to $31/hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus and Shift Differential

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $3,000

Shift Differential: $3.00 extra for evenings, $1.50 extra for overnights

Schedule: Evenings, 3 pm - 11 pm | Overnights, 11 pm - 7 am

• Maintain up-to-date resident care information and communicate pertinent information during shift changes
• Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
