Job summary
Pearl Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for The Pearl of Montclare in Chicago. We offer 8-hour shifts (AM, PM, NOC) and a competitive hourly rate up to $39, depending on experience. The team emphasizes meaningful work, benefits, and a supportive environment.

- Ability to supervise nursing assistants and plan shift services.
- Lead nursing staff and provide written/oral shift reports.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Make written and oral reports on shift activities; admit/transfers/discharges as required.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Maintain working rapport with inter-departmental staff to ensure resident needs are met.
- Monitor safety practices and use of equipment and supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
