Job summary

Pearl Healthcare in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with competitive wages and flexible scheduling. You will be integral to our post-acute rehabilitation team, helping deliver high-quality patient care and coordinating with nursing staff.

Rate range is $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on nursing experience. We offer competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, personal days, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K.

Qualifications

Current Illinois Nursing License is required.
Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. Plan shift services, programs and activities with assigned staff.
Make written & oral reports/recommendations concerning shift activities; admit, transfer and discharge residents; provide leadership to nursing personnel.
Prepare & administer medications as ordered by the physician.
Develop & maintain good working rapport with inter-departmental staff to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs.
Monitor assigned personnel to ensure safety regulations in equipment and supplies.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
