Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
• Ability for weekend rotation and holiday rotation.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Passion for fostering the well-being of others (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).
• Love of working with seniors.
• Commitment to person-directed care (relationship-centered care).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing evaluation of health status (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual).
• Provide routine nursing care in collaboration with medical providers.
• Demonstrate commitment to the mission and values of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration (FSPA).
• Communicate with Wellness team using the Electronic Charting System.
• Coordinate appointments, arrange transportation and companionship for the sisters.
