Fisher-Titus in Norwalk, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care under the direction of the physician/provider and in accordance with departmental policies.

In collaboration with all disciplines, you will deliver safe, compassionate care and support residents and families, promote a home-like environment, and uphold professional standards. Required CPR certification and Lic Prac Nurse- IV licensure.

Qualifications

• Delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Directs and guides resident and family teaching and activities while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

General Summary:

Under the direction of the physician/provider, provides nursing care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivery of optimal resident care through collaboration with all disciplines and the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides resident and family teaching and activities of STNA while maintaining standards of professional nursing promotes a safe, caring, home-like environment for the resident and families.
