Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Illinois.
• Experience in senior living or memory care preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Reliable, calm under pressure in a team setting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support care plans and ensure resident safety and dignity.
• Promote independence in a homelike setting.
