Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in our community. You will follow physician orders, adhere to Primrose policies and local regulations, and support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.

We seek candidates with an active state license, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience in long-term care or assisted living.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the required state.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of state nursing laws for RN/LPN/LVN.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with good communication.
• Basic computer software knowledge.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders, Primrose policies, and regulations.
• Ensure residents’ needs are met and promote optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver person-centered care.
