Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care within our community, ensuring residents' needs are met per physician orders, Primrose policies, and applicable regulations. A collaborative, person-centered approach helps residents attain optimal well-being.

Required active state nursing license, CPR/First Aid, and ongoing CE hours; long-term care experience preferred. Weekend/holiday rotation and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid per state regulations.
• Complete annual continuing education as required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of state nursing regulations for allied settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with standards and physician orders.
• Meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being needs.
• Follow Primrose policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
