Americare Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Willow Springs community in Spring Hill, TN. The position supports residents with compassionate, high-quality care in an Assisted Living environment.

You will work with the care team under the Regional Nurse Consultant, following state guidelines and Americare’s standards. The role offers autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to grow within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required; active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Support and guide caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and monitoring changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, office staff, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with Regional Nurse Consultant and community leadership on clinical best practices.
• Support orientation and training of care team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, home-like environment; uphold mission and values.
